David Jolicoeur

Dave has been involved in home repairs and improvements, either professionally or as a hobby, for over 25 years. An avid woodworker and DIY enthusiast, if he’s not at a kids sporting event, he’s probably in his home workshop. Dave lives in Leawood with his wife Jill, their two kids Sadie and Henry and their dog Rosie.

Bryan McClanahan

Bryan is passionate about helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes for as long as possible. He understands that a home is more than just a place to live—it is where memories are made, routines are established, and lives are lived. Known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and approachable nature, Bryan strives to build relationships with clients that feel more like family than business.

Keith Floyd

Keith brings a wealth of expertise to the Connect team. He ran his own remodeling and plumbing business for 13 years, worked in the HVAC business for 14 years and holds a Master Plumbers License. Keith sold his business in 2025 and is enjoying more free time at his home in Overland Park. When he's not putting his many skills to use helping Seniors maintain their homes, he is either playing drums or spending time with his two grandchildren.

Alan Jolicoeur

Al, as you may have guessed by the last name, was part of the inspiration for Connect Home Management. Al's lifetime of DIY projects and fastidious home maintenance certainly rubbed off on David. Al moved to Leawood a few years ago, with his wife Denise, to be close to at least two of their 7 grandchildren. When they're not home, they're either in California, with their other 5 grandkids, or on a roadtrip to yet another national park.

Kevin Legrand

Kevin moved to Leawood with his wife, Tracy , and their collection of dogs, cats, and horses from Oklahoma a few years ago to be closer to his daughter and his grandson. If he's not out at the stables with the horses, or in his huge vegetable garden, he's probably working with us... he never stops moving!

John Ritz

John, a retired programmer, reconnected with Dave after posting pictures of the full basement finish he completed on Facebook. John is a KC native who's doing a great job staying active in retirement. If he's not working with us, you may find him golfing, volunteering with Meals on Wheels, or spending time with his wife, Kathy, and their growing collection of grandkids.

Elena Jolicoeur Hoeft

Yes, another Jolicoeur on the team! Elena joins Connect from the Bay Area in California where she lives with her husband, their 3 kids and 2 cats. Elena is thrilled to contribute to the family business even from so far away. With decades of experience in non-profit work Elena is excited to bring her organizational and service oriented skills to support the CHM team and our wonderful clients.

Paul Foley

Paul moved to Kansas City from England several years ago with his wife, Hollie, who grew up in Overland Park. Paul has been an avid DIY'er for years but his real passion is baking. As many of our clients can attest, his white chocolate toasted pecan blondies are unbeatable, particularly with a strong cup of tea. Paul and Hollie live in Overland Park with Frank, their English Bull Terrier.
