Generally we schedule 1-3 weeks out for most jobs. We try to stay flexible to meet your needs and will always prioritize safety related items! Our team will work with you individually to be sure dates and times for visits align with your availability.

While we are proud to provide a wide range of services, here are a few things that are best for specialized service providers: Gas lines Flooring Gutters Soffit Fascia For these larger or more specialty projects, we may be able to offer Project Management support. Billed at the Home Specialist rate, we would vet the provider, support with scheduling, establish the scope, be present for critical inspections and manage communication throughout the project.

We are proud to serve the KC Area! However, if you are more than 20 minutes from our home base (near 9600 Metcalf in Overland Park) additional travel time will be charged.

After a job is completed to your satisfaction, an invoice will be emailed to you breaking down all the charges. Payment options include: Checks: payable to CHM, for pickup or mailed to PO Box 12221 | Overland Park, Kansas 66282. Zelle: Support@ConnectHM.com, business name is Revive Home Services, LLC, Venmo: @ConnectHM.  ACH: via the link in your invoice email. Credit Card: this is an option but there is a 4% convenience fee. Just let us know if you'd like to pay by credit and we'll add the fee and enable the option.
