How soon can I get an appointment?

We book appointments around 2 weeks out, but we stay flexible and prioritize time sensitive needs like: 
Safety- getting grab bars and railings installed before returning from hospital
Plumbing- toilets or faucets that leak or don’t work
Real Estate- getting your new home ready for move in and meeting deadlines for fixing things before selling your home

The CHM team is so handy, is there anything you *can't* do!?

While we are proud to provide a wide range of services, here are a few things that are best for specialized service providers:

Gas line work
HVAC
Water Heaters
Electrical panel work
Flooring
Roofing & Gutters

We can often offer referrals for these types of jobs, so feel free to reach out!

Do I live too far away?

We are proud to serve the KC Area! However, if you are more than 20 minutes from our home base (near 9600 Metcalf in Overland Park) additional travel time will be charged.

How does the payment work?

Accepted Answer

After a job is completed to your satisfaction, an invoice will be emailed to you breaking down all the charges. Payment options include:

Checks: payable to CHM, for pickup or mailed to PO Box 12221 | Overland Park, Kansas 66282.

Zelle: Support@ConnectHM.com, business name is Revive Home Services, LLC,

Venmo: @ConnectHM.

ACH: via the link in your invoice email.

Credit Card: this is an option but there is a 4% convenience fee. Just let us know if you'd like to pay by credit and we'll add the fee and enable the option.
